Introducing the Weekly SPAR Tournament Series

We're excited to launch a new, flexible SPAR format designed to fit your schedule: the Weekly SPAR Tournament. This four-week challenge features short, focused weekly competition, perfect for consistent growth without the stress.

How It Works

  • One Round Per Week: Compete in a single SPAR prelim round each week for four weeks.

  • Drop One Round: Only your best three rounds count toward your final score. So, if you need to miss a week, you can still win gold!

  • No Finals: Your prelim scores determine your ranking. Simple and straightforward.

2025 Tournaments

Choose from three fall sessions:

  • Monday Cup: September 1, 8, 15, 22

  • Tuesday Cup: October 7, 14, 21, 28

  • Wednesday Cup: November 5, 12, 19, 26

Join one, or all three, for fresh weekly matchups.

Reasons to Compete:

This is a low-cost tournament built for accessibility and impact. It’s a great fit for teams that meet on weekday evenings. Clubs can use the tournament as the centerpiece of weekly practice, followed by reflection and coaching.

We also accommodate busy schedules. While staying for the full round is ideal (especially for crossfires), judges will be flexible. Competitors can participate, then leave for other activities like Scouts or sports. This makes it a great option for students juggling multiple commitments.

Our open tab room policy means students and coaches can review ballots and feedback after every round. This makes it easy to improve week-to-week.

This format supports consistent growth, real-time learning, and accessible competition.

Registration opens soon. Watch for updates, deadlines, and round releases.
