One-Page Event Guides for Judges

Hello judges!

I hope the transition into fall has not been too busy.

Exciting updates: We have all new Judge Resources for this season. We rolled out one-page cheat sheets covering every major event: SPAR, Impromptu, Extemp, Congress, Lincoln-Douglas, Public Forum, Worlds Debate, NOF Parli, IPDA, Async Debate, and Collapsed Events. Each break down the event, what to do before the round, and how to rank it. Based on last season’s feedback, we made everything downloadable as a pdf instead of a Canva link.

Beyond the event-specific sheets, we have a new general Judge Cheat Sheet covering feedback goals and criteria and a 9-page Parliamentarian Guide for running a Congress chamber. Hopefully all these resources make judging new events less intimidating and more enjoyable for everyone.
