E-Ballot Overview

Learn where to find the provided topics for speech events and how to relay them to the competitors
In Impromptu and SPAR, you will have to provide the prompts, or the topics, for each competitor or pair of competitors.
To find the topics, scroll down the ballot to the list of competitors. Click ‘Prompts’ next to the competitor’s name. A form will open up containing the relevant topics.
On the bottom left side of the box, you will see text that says ‘Copy prompts to Clipboard.’ If you click this text, all the prompts will be copied, and you will see a green confirmation box.
Next, paste the prompts into the chat for the competitors. To paste, you can either right click on your mouse and click ‘paste’, or you can do Control(Cmd)+V on your keyboard.
